A few quick, interesting facts about a different topic each entry. It's like an apple a day: pleasant, good to have, and pocket-sized.

Apples for Fall
(Photo from Sled Dog Music's blog about music and Winnipeg)
I'm going to be going out of town for a few days for a much-needed trip back to the Apple Lady homeland. Since we just crossed the autumnal equinox (i.e., it's now officially fall), I thought you might enjoy perusing through Daily Apples on these fall-ish topics:
Potted Mums (currently a very popular entry)
Apple Juice vs. Apple Cider
Monarch Butterflies
Brett Favre
Corduroy (you know, you wear corduroy pants to school)
Fog vs. Dew
Days of November
Turkeys
Yom Kippur

Hope you have a nice time in your homeland. Oh, and tell your mother I'm still using her forks. In fact I'm using one right now. And it's oh so good. Eating with stolen forks actually make the food taste better.
ReplyDeleteI know you're not really eating with those hot forks. You're using them to tune your viola on your off days, you're cleaning the gunk out of your garbage disposal with them, then cleaning the gunk from under your fingernails, you are making a sombrero with stolen forks hanging from the brim and doing a cha cha around a pile of poor broken and twisted stolen forks. You flaunter of stolen forks, you fork stealer, you!
